This policy explains what personal data we collect through linearmediapro.com, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what you can ask us to do with it. It is written to be read, not to be skipped.
Who we are
Linear Media Pro is a trade name of Fernando.NGZ LLC, a limited liability company registered in Florida, United States, based in Miami. For any question about this policy or your data, write to linearproductionwork@gmail.com.
What we collect
Only what you give us, and only through one place: the contact form. When you use it we receive your name, your email address, the subject if you fill it in, and your message. Nothing else. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, for security and to keep the site running. We do not use those logs to identify or profile anyone.
What we do NOT collect
This site has no analytics, no advertising pixels, no tracking scripts and no third-party cookies. We do not know which pages you visited, where you came from, or whether you came back. The only thing stored in your browser is your answer to the cookie notice, kept locally on your device so we do not ask you again. It never leaves your browser.
Why we use it, and on what basis
We use what you send through the form for one purpose only: to read your message and reply to it. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, our legal basis is your consent when you choose to write to us, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries about our services. You can withdraw consent at any time by asking us to delete your data.
Who else sees it
Two companies, both acting on our instructions and only to make the site work: — Resend, which delivers the email your form message becomes. Based in the United States. — Vercel, which hosts the website and keeps the server logs. Based in the United States. Nobody else. We do not send your data to advertisers, data brokers, or partners.
We do not sell or share your personal information
We have never sold personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, as those terms are defined under California law. This means there is nothing for you to opt out of. If that ever changes, this page will say so before it happens, and we will provide a way to refuse.
International transfers
We are based in the United States and so are our two providers. If you write to us from Europe, your message is processed in the United States. We rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, which both providers have in place, to cover that transfer.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not turn into work: up to two years, in case you write again and the context is useful. Enquiries that turn into work: for as long as our business relationship lasts, and afterwards for as long as tax and accounting law requires us to keep records. Server logs: kept by our hosting provider for a short period and then deleted automatically.
Your rights
Whatever country you are in, you can ask us to: — tell you what data we hold about you — correct it if it is wrong — delete it — send you a copy in a portable format — stop using it Write to linearproductionwork@gmail.com and we will answer within thirty days. We will not charge you and we will not ask why. If you are in the European Union and you think we have handled your data badly, you can complain to your national data protection authority. In Spain that is the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos.
Children
This site is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us data, write to us and we will delete it.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Substantial changes will be announced on this page before they take effect.
